On 11 October 2018, H.E. Mr. Thanatip Upatising, Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the Kingdom of Thailand to the Russian Federation, presented his Letter of Credence to H.E. Mr. Vladimir Putin, President of the Russian Federation, at St. Alexander's Hall, the Grand Kremlin Palace. Later at 15.00 hrs., a reception attended by Chiefs of Team Thailand offices in Moscow and spouses together with diplomatic staff of the Royal Thai Embassy was held to celebrate this special occasion at the Thai Residence.
