On 5 October 2018, Ambassador Thanatip and Mrs. Monthip Upatising hosted a dinner reception in honour of H.E. Mr. Roland Van Remoortete, Former Belgian Ambassador to the Republic of the Philippines, and Spouse. Ambassadors of Kuwait and ASEAN member countries also joined the friendly gathering at the Thai Residence.
