LEGALISATION:

1. Before you apply:

Documents must be prior translated to English, notarised by a Russian notary officer (within the Russian Federation), as well as certified by the Russian Ministry of Justice (Moscow, Zhitnaya st, 14), followed by the Consular Department of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs (1-st Neopalimovskiy lane, 12).

2. General Information:

In accordance with regulations issued by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Thailand, the Royal Thai Embassy is authorised to legalise documents that have the Seal of the Consular Department of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Russian Federation (the Embassy does not accept Apostilles).

3. Required documents:

1. original and the one copy of the applicant’s passport (or ID card)

2. the legalization application filled out

3. originals and the  copy of each page of the document that needs authentication

 

Please be advised that the Royal Thai Embassy does not provide assistance in issuing Power of Attorney to foreign nationals. Nor does the Embassy certify any kinds of foreign nationals’ signatures.

4. Processing fee:

You can book your appointment in the online system (on the Embassy's website) at times available. The service fee is 15 USD in cash per one seal. Please be informed that any other currencies as well as card payments will not be accepted.

5. Submission:

Application hours are from 9am until 12pm Monday–Friday, except Embassy’s official holidays.

6. Documents Collection:

Documents will be ready to collect upon completion of 3 working days.

Collection hours: Monday - Friday from 14:00 – 15:00 hours at the Consular service desk of the Embassy.
