Register a Death (Death Certificate)

For Thai people who die in the Russian Federation, their relatives can file for a Thai Death Certificate at the Royal Thai Embassy, Moscow, from Monday to Friday from 9.00am until 12.00 hours.

Required Documents

1. A Death Certificate Form

2. the Russian Federation Death Certificate.

3. A Cremation/Burial Certificate or relevant documents.

4. Passport of the petitioner and the deceased (original plus one copy each).

5. A photocopy of the petitioner and the deceased’s Thai Identity Cards (or Thai House Registrations).

Registration of death is free of charge.
