• From 1 January 2025, all nationals residing in the Russian Federation, Republic of Uzbekistan, Republic of Armenia, Republic of Belarus, and Republic of Moldova, must apply for all type of visas through the website https://www.thaievisa.go.th/. All e-Visa applications can be submitted by (1) the applicants themselves or (2) other representatives.

• Online payment for visa fee is not available at this time. After submission of visa applications into the e-Visa system, applicants and representatives will get confirmation document with payment details and QR code. The payment must be made only in CASH (USD) at the Royal Thai Embassy in Moscow (on Monday-Friday, excluding Embassy’s Holidays, from 9.30 - 12.30 hrs.) within 14 days after the applicants receive the confirmation document.

*** The Royal Thai Embassy will not accept USD notes issued earlier than 2009. The USD must be in good condition (clean, not dirty, without any stamps, and not writing anything on bank notes).
***Visa fees are non-refundable under any circumstances.

• The e-visa application process can be found on the aforementioned website. The outcome of the application will be sent via email. Successful applicants will receive their e-Visa via e-mail, and must **print out** the e-Visa to be presented to airlines and the Thai Immigration Bureau.

Attention:
• The e-Visa processing time is usually 14 business days from the date of visa fee is successfully paid. Some cases may require additional documents, as the Royal Thai Embassy may require approval from the Ministry of Foreign Affair in Thailand before your visa can be issued. This may require additional time up to 4-6 weeks. Please allow enough time for processing.

To ensure a smooth travel experience, we recommend applying for your visa approximately one month, before your departure date.

• Valid passport, with at least 6 months validity, from arrival date.

• Please double-check all your information before submitting your application, especially if your device is using the auto-fill or auto-correct feature. The Royal Thai Embassy cannot edit any information once the application has been submitted by the applicant. If the application is rejected, the applicants will have to re-submit his/her application and the application fee (visa fee) is non-refundable.

• All applicants are strongly advised to thoroughly read through the
User Manual or watch the user's manual video clips prior to starting the application process.

If the applicant fails to submit the required or requested documents within 45 days from the date of submission, the applications will be automatically cancelled. The application fee (visa fee) is non-refundable.
