Biodata page of Passport or Travel Document (Must be valid within 6 months from travel date)
One (4 x 6 cm.) photograph of the applicant (taken within the last 6 months). The photograph must have a light colour background with a full-face view of the person without wearing a hat or dark glasses and covering up shoulders.
Proof of permanent residence in the country where the application is submitted.
Financial evidences: (1) last-3-month bank statement(s) from any bank(s) with a minimum balance of 500,000 THB or equivalent
Employment contract or employment certificate in their country or professional portfolio showcasing digital nomad, remote worker, foreign talent or freelancer status
Income certificate (Справка о доходах : 2-НДФЛ)
Certificate of criminal record clearance from the country of nationality or the country where the application is submitted

Additional Documents
- FOR NON-RUSSIAN CITIZENS, a copy of permanent residence permit or a copy of valid Russian visa and registration paper
-FOR SELF-EMPLOYED, business license or business registration indicating the applicant’s name
-FOR MINOR UNDER 20 YEARS OLD, please provide following documents: 1) a notarised copy of a birth certificate 2) a notarised letter of consent from mother / father/ legal guardian for the minor to travel abroad (in case that the minor is travelling without or with either one of the parents)
*All documents in Russian or other third language must be translated into English and certified by the Notary public.
** All supporting materials that are issued outside of Russia must be accompanied by certified English translations and notarized by an Embassy or Ministry of Foreign Affairs of respective country.
