On 24 May 2018, H.E. Thanatip Upatising, paid a courtesy call on H.E. Mr. Igor V. Morgulov, Deputy Foreign Minister of the Russian Federation, to present a copy of the Letter of Credence accrediting him as Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the Kingdom of Thailand to the Russian Federation. The Russian Deputy Minister of Foreign Affairs expressed his warm welcome to the Thai Ambassador. They discussed a broad range of issues to further enhance the bilateral cooperation between the two countries.
