On 3 December 2019, H.E. Mr. Thanatip Upatising, Ambassador of Thailand to the Russian Federation, attended the 1st National Congress of Medical Services Export at the Expocenter in Moscow.

H.E. Mr. Thanatip Upatising was the guest speaker at the Session on “Russia as the Center of Medical Competencies”, during which he discussed the strengths and weakness of Russia’s medical tourism industry. Ambassador Thanatip also reaffirmed that Thailand stands ready to cooperate with Russia in the health and wellness industry, especially the Thai traditional massage, both for the relaxation and pain relieving purposes.
