On 1 December 2018, Ambassador Thanatip and Mrs. Monthip Upatising, Spouse of the Ambassador of the Kingdom of Thailand to the Russian Federation, attended Moscow Winter's Bazaar 2018. Cultural troop from Thailand also performed on stage and Thai handicrafts  were showcased for charity during this year's Bazaar at the Hotel Radisson Slavyanskaya in Moscow.
