On the auspicious occasion of Her Majesty Queen Sirikit The Queen Mother's Birthday Anniversary on 12 August 2019, H.E. Mr. Thanatip Upatising, Ambassador of the Kingdom of Thailand to the Russian Federation presided over a well-wishing ceremony at the premises of the Royal Thai Embassy. The ceremony was attended by Chiefs of Team Thailand Offices in Moscow as well as the diplomatic and local staff of the Embassy.
