On 19 April 2019 H.E. Mr. Thanatip Upatising, Ambassador of Thailand to Russia, along with other ASEAN Ambassador participated in a working lunch with H.E. Mr. Sergey Lavrov, Minister of Foreign Affairs of Russia, in honour of the meeting with Heads of diplomatic missions of the ASEAN Moscow Committee.
