On 18 March 2019, Ambassador Thanatip Upatising and his Spouse hosted a welcoming dinner in honour of the delegation from the Naval War College of Thailand. In this occasion, the Royal Thai Embassy also arranged a lecture on the bilateral relations between Russia and Thailand for the delegation.
