On 15 March 2019, Ms. Bantita Pichyakorn Virabutr, Minister-Counsellor, visited Kaluga for the International Forum “Smart City, Application Guide”. The Forum was organized by Ministry of Construction, Housing and Utilities of the Russian Federation.

On this occasion, the Minister-Counsellor attended the Forum on the session “Smart City in the Global Agenda”, as well as participating in the Smart City, Russia-ASEAN Dialogue, which was chaired by H.E. Mr. Andrey Chibis Deputy Minister of Construction, Housing and Utilities of the Russian Federation.
