On 14 March 2019, Ambassador Thanatip and Mrs. Monthip Upatising hosted a dinner reception in honour of Maj Gen Wiroj Kirdsaeng, Deputy Superintendent of National Defense Studies Institute, and his delegation at the Thai Residence in Moscow. In this occasion, the Embassy also arrange a lecture on General Information, Bilateral Relations between Russian and Thailand on Political, Economical, and People to People aspect, as well as a Q&A Session about the Russian Federation for the delagation.
