On 5 March 2019, H.E. Mr. Thanatip Upatising, Ambassador of the Kingdom of Thailand to the Russian Federation and Mrs. Monthip Upatising, Spouse of the Ambassador, hosted a dinner reception in honour of Adm. Wuttipas Bhumisawad and his delegation from the Joint War College. The delegation also attended a briefing on the Thai-Russian Relations at the Thai Residence.
